DELIVERY POLICY
The delivery policy is applicable when you, as a customer, buy an item via www.helwit.co.uk or via one of its sub-domains such as www.helwit.com (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “website”). Agreements are entered between you as a customer (“you” or “the customer”) and HELWIT Ltd, company number 12875046 (“Helwit”).
The expected delivery time of the product is stated in the order confirmation, at checkout and/or on the current product page on the website. Goods are normally delivered within the expected delivery time, which in most cases is between 1 – 4 working days. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please get in touch with our customer service team at hello@helwit.co.uk. Should HELWIT for any reason not be able to deliver your order and have announced this, you have the opportunity to cancel the purchase by contacting our customer service team above.
For packages that are to be collected by a representative, must be done within the time frame specified in the notification, packages must normally be picked up in-person (bring valid identification and have the notification and order numbers on hand). You will always receive a notification showing where and when packages are to be picked up. We typically send out our notifications via e-mail, telephone call or SMS, but they can also be sent via the post if you so wish. Packages delivered to agents will be returned to HELWIT if they have not been collected within 14 days from when we notify you of their arrival. If you do not pick up the package, HELWIT has the right to charge you a fee of GBP 29 for costs attributable to administration, shipping, return shipping, and handling.
